Refund policy
You have up to 14 days on receiving your goods to apply for a refund for an undamaged item.
To be considered for a refund, your order must be returned in the same unused condition and in its original packaging. On inspection of the items, a full refund will be automatically applied to the same method of original payment within two working days. The customer holds a responsibility to return the unwanted item to us at their own cost. We advise you pay for item tracking when returning an item. All goods you are returning to us remain the customer’s responsibility until we receive them.
You have up to 48 hours on receiving your goods to apply for a refund for a damaged/faulty item.
If you order is damaged during delivery, please contact us with photographic evidence. We will either re-send the same product again, or refund you the full amount. In this case, we will happily also refund the postage cost incurred in posting the item back to us with your product refund.
If we are sending a replacement product, please allow two working days from receiving your request (unless it is a large item, in which case we will advise on production times).
